Exciting Opportunity for a Weekend Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Weekend Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at GLG Vets in Richmond upon Thames. This role offers a unique chance for individuals who are enthusiastic about veterinary care and enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care and treatment to a diverse range of animals.
  • Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, utilizing strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, ensuring seamless communication with the veterinary team.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and a positive client experience.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic during your shifts, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent) and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and decision-making capacity.
  • Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care, with a focus on providing exceptional patient outcomes.
