Corporate Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of financial integrity and control across our operations in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Partner with the regional General Manager to drive commercial initiatives and analyze business performance.
- Oversee the balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing business resources.
- Coordinate external audit processes and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Review and ensure accuracy of monthly accounts and inter-company balances.
- Develop and manage forecasts and budgets for balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L areas.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive business performance and growth.
- Significant post-qualification experience in financial controlling roles.
- Experience working within a reputable audit company.
- Previous people leadership experience with a track record of maximizing individual and team performance.
- Business partnering, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a comparable education.
- Cash and working capital management expertise.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
