Job Title: Claims Manager Director

We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager Director to oversee the efficient and effective management of Accident and Healthcare claims. This role involves leading a small team of claims adjusters and ensuring all claims are handled with accuracy, fairness, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire claims process from first notice to resolution.
  • Ensure all claims are processed efficiently, fairly, and in compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and address any issues that arise within the team.
  • Review complex or high-value claims to ensure accuracy and appropriate settlement.
  • Address escalated customer concerns and provide resolution to complex claim issues.
