About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of Pastoral Lead / Head of Year at our partnered secondary school in Birmingham. As a Pastoral Lead / Head of Year, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional support for their academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor students' progress across the academic year.
- Encourage and motivate the learning of the pupils.
- Have vast knowledge and understanding of the school curriculum.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Willing to work with students with challenging behaviour.
