Job Title: Account Director

Job Description:

We're seeking a confident and ambitious Account Director to join our team at MSL. As a key member of our consumer-focused team, you will be responsible for supporting global campaigns, creating impactful decks, and working closely with our creative and design studio.

The primary focus of this role will be to support our global campaigns, working closely with the Director on the account to bring UK media knowledge and contacts to the table. You will also be responsible for UK press office work, helping the UK team secure coverage amongst fashion, travel, luxury, and mainstream media.

Lots of opportunity to travel for meetings, as well as hosting press trips. You will be working closely with the Account Director who leads the UK press office, and sporadically supporting on media content creation and pitching.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • This role is to work solely on a tourism account, reporting into a Director, with an Account Executive and other team members to support.
  • The role will be divided into UK press office activity, and global or EMEA campaigns. There will be some admin, but mostly directing other markets on reporting and working closely with the global team.
  • Working with the Account Director who leads the UK press office, and sporadically supporting on media content creation and pitching.
  • Being account, media relations, and creative support for the Global director, working across both the UK account and wider campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • This individual will be driven and entrepreneurial, with a passion for creative campaigns and securing editorial opportunities.
  • Essentials: travel + tourism experience, open to travel to Middle East, hosted press trips with media, organised, passionate, media savvy, excellent UK media contacts, entrepreneurial, dedicated, organised.
  • Desirables: international hub experience, working with other countries, Middle Eastern experience (personal or professional).
