Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

At G2 Legal Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our property law department, you will play a vital role in managing residential conveyancing caseloads from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Work closely with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the conveyancing process
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient case management
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in residential property law and best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential property law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
