About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA Delivery organisation as a Business Analyst, where you will play a key role in delivering complex and challenging change programmes for our customers. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of analysis activity, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering high-quality BA deliverables consumable to our product and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Supporting the ideation of new requests, leading the discovery and due diligence analysis phases to ensure solid foundations are set;
  2. Leading the elicitation and documentation of business outcomes and stakeholder needs;
  3. Leading and facilitating meetings and workshops and confidently presenting to key stakeholders and clients;
  4. Working closely with and acting as the conduit between design, architecture, and delivery teams, maintaining focus on building client-centric solutions;
  5. Identifying operational impacts and supporting operational readiness activities to ensure change is embedded successfully;
  6. Providing outcome-based reporting on team or delivery progress in the format required by the programme team;
  7. Leading and mentoring other more junior members of the team to support the growth of a high-performing team;
  8. Continually sharing external and internal BA knowledge and experience to boost the evolution of the BA Practice.
About Your Skills and Experience

Essential:
  1. Experience operating in an analysis-based role with a full appreciation for BA techniques and the various frameworks i.e. Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, etc;
  2. Strong stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience, working well with others throughout the organisation at all levels;
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  4. Proven champion of change and motivator of others;
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to lead and take ownership;
  6. Naturally curious with the desire to constantly improve the status quo;
  7. Offer personal agility when responding to change in business demands and lead the way for those more resistant to change;
  8. Constantly perform to the best of their ability and encourage others to do the same, focused on quality deliverables;
  9. Strong desire to support the continued growth of the BA Practice and the company's strategic goals.
Desired:
  1. Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or related area;
  2. Relevant and industry-recognised BA qualifications provided by BCS, IIBA, ISEB, CBAP, etc;
  3. Financial services experience, particularly within fund administration, asset management, wealth, or life and pensions;
  4. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones;
  5. Previous experience line managing or mentoring others.
