We are seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join our expanding finance team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and a proven track record of success.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with partners and colleagues to deliver high-profile deals, including cross-jurisdictional work and pan-European transactions. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating finance documentation, as well as liaising with experts in real estate, construction, and tax.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 2-6 years' PQE with relevant real estate finance experience
  • A strong background in real estate finance, gained with notable City or International Firms or top-tier regional practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills
  • Able to develop close links with clients
