Job Title: Financial Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial accounts
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Perform ad hoc administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance and accounting
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and communicate effectively with the Director
