We are seeking a skilled Credit Administrator to join our busy Credit Control team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and organising data effectively, assisting with administrative tasks, and preparing accurate financial records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilise intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables and lookup formulas, to manage and organise data effectively.
- Assist the Credit Control team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Potential future responsibilities include making credit collection calls and taking on more credit control duties.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create pivot tables and use lookup functions.
- Previous experience in a credit control team is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
