What to Expect

Our 4-year programme will see you immersed in the world of sales, working with our internal teams and external partners. You will spend your first year as a Grocery Merchandiser, gaining an insight into the world of Coca-Cola products. In your second year, you will rotate into a Sales Representative role, delivering sales targets by building up existing relationships and creating new business opportunities, whilst becoming an expert in the soft drink category.

Your third and fourth year are driven by you. You are able to apply to different roles in the business, depending on where your passion and skills align. You will have continuous support from the Head of Early Careers and our fantastic management teams to help support your career path.

Think you have what it takes to be a part of our award-winning apprentice programme? Just a few things we would need from you:

  • Full driving licence – Ideally manual. This will need to be achieved by the start of the programme at the beginning of September 2025.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Have been resident in England for more than 3 years
  • Ideally you will have attained 104 UCAS points, achieved in A-Level or equivalent qualifications - but we are flexible with this. You can still apply if you are currently completing your studies.
  • A minimum grade 4 achieved in Maths and English GCSE is desirable. Ideally this will need to be achieved by the start of the programme at the beginning of September 2025.
