Job Overview

The Inclusion Team Member plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of logistics operations at ASCO Group Limited. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate records and track cargo movements.
  2. Verify and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  3. Collaborate with vendors to facilitate efficient material return and delivery processes.
  4. Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding inquiries and non-compliance issues.
  5. Ensure the accuracy and auditability of all records and activities.
  6. Operate the TMS system to dispatch cargo efficiently.
  7. Foster strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  8. Guarantee adherence to established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
  9. Cross-functional collaboration with logistics coordinators and quayside staff as required.
  10. Ensure proper documentation and safety standards for delivery and truck drivers.

Remuneration
This role attracts an annual salary of £40,000, dependent on the location.
