Salary: £24,270 per annum, with annual salary reviews.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Effective communication skills with both children and adults.
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
