About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Adult Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to adults with acquired neurological conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree, HCPC registration, and previous experience working with adults with acquired neurological conditions. They will also be able to demonstrate commitment to our values, including caring, committed, and together.

You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team, using evidence-based practice to assess and treat clients. Your responsibilities will include assessing clients' communication and swallowing needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
