About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Azelis as a Sales Administrator. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer sales orders and managing the delivery process to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales order reviews in the Azelis ERP system, advising Commercial Assistants of any deviations and requesting order release to Credit Control.
- Send order acknowledgements and confirmations to Customers, following up on open orders and ensuring proper daily update of backorder lines.
- Liaise with Commercial Assistants and Supply Chain Coordinators to tackle blocking points and ensure proper life cycle of orders.
- Review amendments and non-conformances daily, raising credit notes and reinvoicing as necessary.
- Provide feedback to Commercial Assistants to enable closing of non-conformances in CRM and ensure information flow to other team-members.
- Develop expertise in all processes and work instructions, supporting the development of best practice.
- Monitor and manage open orders, ensuring daily update of back-order lines and providing cover for the Sales Administration team as required.
Requirements
- Operational experience in Supply Chain, with ability to influence and achieve results through others.
- Good knowledge of English and advanced user of various IT tools & ERP systems.
- Passionate about achieving goals/targets, with high service level standards and understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Excellent organisational skills, with ability to adapt to new & changing requirements and work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally.
