We are seeking a skilled Automotive Valuation Specialist to join our team at Big Motoring World. As a Vehicle Appraiser, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer experiences and ensuring accurate vehicle valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers professionally and conduct thorough appraisals of potential part-exchange vehicles using an auction valuation app.
  • Complete HPI checks, review MOT and service histories, and obtain online retail and auction valuations where applicable.
  • Liaise with sales managers to upload part-exchange valuations onto our internal dashboard system.
  • Process incoming part-exchange vehicles, scan documents, and arrange collection with senior branch management as needed.

About You:

You should have a current full UK driving license, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. A background in retail sales or customer service is ideal, but not essential. You must be a quick learner, resourceful, and eager to expand your knowledge of the automotive industry.
