About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, roadmaps, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of digital solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate internal teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate teams, and experience with project management tools such as Jira and Scoro.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or a related field.
