Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the Exeter area. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work in a first-class manufacturing environment with genuine long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line maintenance support to the shift operations team
  • Ensure machinery operates at designed output efficiency
  • Dismantle and reassemble production equipment
  • Perform electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance
  • Conduct regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works
Requirements:
  • Multi-skilled background with demonstrable understanding of PLC
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement mentality
  • Recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC
