We are seeking a reliable and experienced domestic couple to join our team at Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a young family residing in a beautiful estate in Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Housekeeping and cooking for family meals and occasional dinner parties
  • Gardening as part of a team of 3, working closely with the Estate Manager
  • Assisting with pet care, as the family will be getting a puppy
Requirements:
  • Experience in gardening, with a RHS level 2 diploma a bonus
  • Excellent cooking and housekeeping skills
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, including weekends, with one weekend off per month
  • Reliable transportation, with two drivers essential (or one driver and the other willing to learn)
Accommodation and Benefits:

The successful couple will be provided with a beautiful and spacious flat on the estate, with pets welcome. The salary is negotiable up to 80k gross pa, depending on experience.
