Hospitality Team Assistant

We are looking for a Hospitality Team Assistant to join our team in Llandudno, working on a rolling roster to cover absence requests. As a key member of our Centre of Wellbeing team, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage administrative tasks, and respond to guest inquiries.
Your responsibilities will include handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring prompt payment collection. You may also be required to cover shifts for Night Team colleagues and contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, customer care knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes. A strong foundation in English Language and Mathematics (GCSE Grade 4/C) is also essential.
This position offers an attractive hourly rate of .63, along with benefits such as pension scheme contributions, healthcare cash plan, access to legal services, employee assistance programme, professional subscriptions, and personal development opportunities.
