About the Role

The Recruitment Co is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and communications to ensure a clear audit trail.
  • Coordinate with external parties and suppliers to provide third-party services, including RICS valuations and contractor reports.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to problems, communicating these in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and completing required tests within set timeframes.
  • Contribute to the 1-1 appraisal process, providing supporting evidence and participating in ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Prioritize work, chase agents and stakeholders to ensure reports, paperwork, and actions are completed in line with Service Level Agreements.
