Job Summary

As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician with ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our equipment performance at its best. You will work closely with the RME team to troubleshoot and repair equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical leadership skills. As a Senior RME Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Keeping track of equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks;
  • Supervising technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers;
  • Supporting the team in finding ways to continually improve systems and standardise processes across the EU network.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An apprentice-trained background with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3 or equivalent;
  • Relevant experience in a technical leadership role;
  • Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines;
  • Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments;
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English.
