We are seeking a highly skilled registered professional to join our Learning Disability Crisis Response and Intensive Support Team as a Band 6 practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working with people with learning disabilities, particularly those with complex high-risk needs.
The successful candidate will work within a specialist team of nurses, healthcare support workers, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, psychiatrists, and psychologists. The team provides intensive support, clinical assessments, interventions, and risk management for individuals with learning disabilities who are at risk of admission to an inpatient unit or losing their placement in the community.
The salary for this role is £42,046-£51,039 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. We offer a range of benefits, including a full induction, access to bespoke training, and opportunities for career progression.
