As a Senior Estate Agency Manager at Felicity J Lord, you will lead a team in delivering exceptional service to clients, leveraging your expertise in estate agency to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily meetings with the estate agency team to discuss goals, progress, and challenges
  • Coaching team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop their skills
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Encouraging team development and progression, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Generating new and repeat business through strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency at a senior negotiator position, property valuer position, or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads, with a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
