About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to join our Property team at the Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include undertaking inspections of properties, reporting to parishes and tenants on required works, organizing contractors to undertake repairs or development work, and liaising with insurers providers. You will also need to read leases and ensure terms are applied, demand, collect, and pursue rent, and work with appointed external investment and managing agents.

As a Real Estate Asset Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Property and other members of the Property team to develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of our property portfolio. You will also need to stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in property management.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £42,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
