Job Overview
    As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant and equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading global producer of chemicals and be part of a dynamic team that is relied upon by many industries.

About the Role
    This Plant Operator position involves operating plant and equipment, observing and monitoring chemical reactions as detailed in written standard operating instructions. You will work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues and support Root Cause Analysis processes, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the highest Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.

Responsibilities
    
  • • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment in support of our manufacturing plan
        • Perform trouble shooting techniques and support with Root Cause Analysis processes
        • Operate plant and equipment and observe and monitor chemical reactions as detailed in written standard operating instructions
        • Work to the highest Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

Requirements
    To be successful in this position, you should have an established technical background with experience in a production or operations environment on a COMAH site within chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. We would also consider candidates with experience built within other manufacturing sectors.

What We Offer
    In return for your skills and experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, double figure pension contribution, private health care, and discretionary annual bonus.
