About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in radiology, whether as a clinical specialist, radiology nurse, or radiology sales professional. We are seeking a driven individual who is motivated and independent, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend live cases in customer accounts, providing technical consultation and education to enhance physician and clinical staff competence and confidence.
  • Offer clinical support to new customers during their learning curve and for increasing product adoption.
  • Meet and exceed targets for your geographic area, maximising opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of any complaints or technical issues, following documented procedures.
  • Develop key relationships with new and existing customers to cultivate clinical champions and deliver fellow education programmes.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of commercially available products.
  • Seek opportunities within accounts to increase system utilisation and probe usage, and encourage specialty discipline adoption.
  • Deliver customer training plans and effectively transfer knowledge to empower customers to use the system effectively and independently.
  • Adopt Credo-based principles in all interactions with internal and external customers.
