Key Responsibilities:- Support a varied personal tax portfolio with a focus on compliance.
- Work closely with other managers to ensure service excellence is delivered across the portfolio.
- Strengthen your commercial understanding by supporting aspects of portfolio management, including fee forecasting and WIP reporting.
- Prepare personal tax submissions and review those of the junior team.
- Support junior staff with learning and development, identifying and plugging knowledge gaps.
- Build good rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and escalating to senior team members where necessary.
- Support the firm's growth by assisting with target setting, department budgeting, and identifying services that will add value to the firm's portfolio.
- Keep up to date with taxation news and legislation.
- Champion your own professional development, undertaking regular training opportunities.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.
