Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner at our Busy Bees Nursery in York. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating enriching experiences for our children, supporting their growth and development, and contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Childcare Support: Assist in the day-to-day care of children, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Supervision: Monitor children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Activity Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing age-appropriate activities and learning experiences for children, under the guidance of qualified practitioners.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with qualified nursery staff to create a positive and nurturing environment for children.
