Park Groundskeeper

Park Groundskeeper needed for a private estate near Clitheroe, Lancashire BB7 area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing professional maintenance duties in a glorious private property extending to 18 acres.

The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities and a willingness to work with a small number of hobby farm animals and pets. You will also have availability to drive out of normal hours for extra income.

The responsibilities of this role include maintaining the condition and appearance of lawns and grounds, which involves mowing, watering, and fertilizing lawns, as well as planting, trimming, mulching, and fertilizing flowers, shrubs, hedges, and trees.

You will also be tasked with cleaning and maintaining property and general upkeep performing light repairs as necessary. Keeping facilities and surrounding areas free from debris and weeds is also an essential part of the job.

The estimated salary for this role is £14.00/hour PAYE, based on industry standards and the location near Clitheroe, Lancashire BB7 area.
