Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Louma Farm & Retreat. As the primary coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing purchase invoices and expenses with accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining and updating the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage and process purchase invoices and expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on inventory, sales, and depletion to support decision-making.
  • Order standard stock items according to established procedures and approved thresholds.
  • Review and process purchase order requests from department heads, ensuring timely procurement.
  • Serve as the primary receiving contact for deliveries, verifying items against orders and resolving discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits and stock takes for designated departments according to the established schedule.
  • Issue inventory and supplies based on personnel authorization levels, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Facilitate and record inter-departmental inventory transfers as needed.
  • Oversee the use of Expensify, ensuring effective and efficient expense tracking and reporting.


Benefits and Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, enhanced pension scheme, enhanced annual leave, life assurance, and an end-of-contract bonus scheme.
