Job Summary

As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of nurses and students, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our equine referral hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of qualified nurses and students, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Oversee all clinical and equipment training, ensuring our team is up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Manage the nursing rota, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
  • Ensure the team adheres to health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of our nursing team, providing mentorship and support to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements
  • Registered Equine Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
