- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Property Management:
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant liaison, maintenance, and legal compliance.
- Manage property maintenance tasks, from minor repairs to major refurbishment projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Marketing:
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract landlords and tenants.
- Manage online listings, social media campaigns, and property viewings to increase visibility and engagement.
- CRM & Data Management:

- Track and report on the performance of the portfolio through the CRM, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Rent Collection & Financial Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of rent collection, ensuring timely payments from tenants, and handle late payments efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain accurate financial records, including payment schedules, arrears, and landlord payments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Handle disputes and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Key Management:
- Conduct an audit of the current key management system, ensuring secure and organized tracking.
- Implement a more efficient system for managing and distributing property keys, enhancing security and operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Regulations:
- Ensure all properties meet the required legal standards, including gas safety, electrical checks, and EPCs, maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with property regulations and apply them to business practices, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness.
- Project Management & Maintenance:
- Oversee and manage large-scale maintenance jobs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Develop cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards, balancing operational needs with financial responsibilities.
- Department Development:
- Play a key role in developing the property management department, creating systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
