Project Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects to our clients, while ensuring that our team members have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management commissions, taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery, often for large or complex projects.
  • Act as the primary client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Scope:

Project Managers will handle commissions of varying scale and value, with normal project values up to £40m. However, for advisory projects, such as urban regeneration funding, project sizes may be significantly larger.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including strategic planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
