Job Description

A highly skilled Aftersales Manager is required to lead the entire aftersales operations within a vibrant, well-established, and thriving Main Car Dealership in the Cheltenham area. The ideal candidate will have experience in a franchised dealer environment and possess strong technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service, and Workshop teams
  • Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts, and Workshop teams
  • Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
  • Maximizing profitability of the Aftersales Department
