Job Opportunity: Experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Venn Group is partnering with a leading and forward-thinking firm to recruit a skilled Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their respected team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters, including partnership/director disputes, debt recovery, and contractual disputes.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex commercial litigation cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
