We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Associate - Global Markets P&C. As a key member of our global markets team, you will be responsible for assisting in the placement of risks into the London and European marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis of individual or portfolios of risks, working closely with our US colleagues and London placement specialists to understand the risk and strategize on placement options.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements, and work with the placement team to create a clear global strategy for risk placement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Mumbai, Operations, Compliance, Wordings, Legal, Accounting and Settlement and Claims, to ensure seamless execution of risk placement activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in risk placement and analysis, with a strong understanding of the London and European markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and its trends.
