Role Overview

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse range of residential conveyancing files, from initial instruction to completion, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct conveyancing matters on behalf of clients, maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Provide exceptional client care, ensuring all clients receive clear, concise, and timely updates on the progress of their transactions.
  • Assist colleagues with conveyancing tasks and provide support when necessary, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Handle all administrative duties related to conveyancing, including drafting contracts, preparing transfer deeds, and managing correspondence.
  • Participate in business development activities to help grow the firm's client base and reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client due diligence.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A Solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process.
