We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a Fabric Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the fabric of our buildings is maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the fabric of the building is in good condition.
  • Perform minor joinery, plastering, and painting tasks as required.
  • Conduct PPM checks, water flushing, and fire extinguisher checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Work safely and efficiently to complete tasks to a high standard.
  • Build relationships with clients and contractors on site to ensure a smooth working relationship.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Fabric Engineer or Handyperson.
  • PPM experience.
  • Multi-skilled with the ability to work on a variety of tasks.
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
