Group Internal Auditor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Internal Auditor to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. This is a newly created position to support our company's impressive growth in recent years.

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Internal Audit and Risk and will be based at our global Head Office in North Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent and objective assurance to the Board of Directors and senior management on the effectiveness of our risk management and internal control processes.
  • Identify and assess risks to the organization, and develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior management, and external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
