About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team at Hines. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering integrated facilities management services to our Europe headquarters in Covent Garden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupants, landlords, and service partners.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain and improve the workplace experience.
  • Ensure service delivery, financial management, and project timelines are met in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and control costs in line with operating budgets.
  • Coordinate and develop a first-class service team with key service contractors.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of all staff and contractors at the property.
  • Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety at Work legislation.

Requirements

  • Membership of a Professional body (e.g. IWFM).
  • IOSH / NEBOSH qualification.
  • A minimum of five years of facilities management experience.
  • Experience managing budgets and third-party contractors.
  • Strong communication and numerical skills.
  • Project and financial management experience.
