We are seeking an experienced Regional Compliance Manager to join our team at Recruitment Panda.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in elderly care management, with a strong background in compliance and quality assurance.
As a Regional Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care homes meet the highest standards of compliance and quality, while also providing coaching and guidance to our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff on compliance and quality assurance
- Work closely with the Operations Director and Quality Team to ensure that our care homes meet the highest standards
Requirements:
- NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management
- Experience in elderly care management, with a strong background in compliance and quality assurance
- Knowledge of PCS (Person Centred Software) or similar software
- Ability to coach and develop staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
