Quest Employment is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to fill a Warehouse Operative position in a leading logistics and distribution company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts) if certified.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.
  • Utilizing scanners for efficient order processing.
  • Working a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 0800-1700.
  • Receiving a competitive hourly rate of £12.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Forklift license is a plus but not mandatory.
