English Educator for Children with Special Needs

We are looking for an experienced teacher to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to cater to the diverse requirements of students with SEMH needs.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and support staff to create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that promote student growth and development.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Establish strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
- A school community committed to the holistic development of each student.
