Location: Basildon, SS14 3FU

Contract Type: Full-time

Work Pattern: 9 hour shifts, up to 6 shifts per week including weekend work

Salary: £117 per day, van included

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hard-working and motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for loading pre-sorted packages onto your van and delivering them to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading packages onto your van and delivering them to customers
  • Adhering to all safety regulations on the road
  • Operating an electronic device for GPS and daily records
  • Greeting and interacting with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Passion for driving and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated individual with good communication skills, both spoken and written English
  • Ability to lift and shift packages of varying weights
  • Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not essential
  • Full and valid UK or EU Driving Licence (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes), held for a minimum of 1 year
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass a 5 point drug & alcohol test
  • Must be aged 19+
