KS3 Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS3 tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a KS3 tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tuition to students in the Billericay area, focusing on English, Maths, and Science.

• Deliver 1:1 tuition to students in their homes or local area, using a range of resources and techniques to engage and support learning.
• Plan and implement tailored learning plans, taking into account the individual needs and abilities of each student.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and reporting to parents and colleagues.

• Experience working with students with SEMH and/or SEN needs, as well as those with challenging behaviour.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective learning sessions, tailored to the individual needs of each student.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and relevant qualifications for the role.

• Competitive hourly rate of up to £30 per hour.
