Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users to stay safe and maintain their well-being by identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help service users manage their daily lives and make informed decisions
  • Assist with practical tasks such as personal care, medication management, and household chores

You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery. Your role will involve developing relationships with service users, their families, and social workers to understand their needs and preferences.
