About the Role:
The Resolute Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our client's operations team within the Highways sector. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support for the operations team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing documents.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; support the team in ensuring that all project requirements are on track.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring files are up-to-date, accurately labelled, and accessible.
- Procurement and Inventory: Assist in tracking supplies and equipment needs, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries as necessary.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Support the operations team in maintaining H&S records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- A-levels or an Apprenticeship as a basic level of qualification
- Experience in an administration focused position
- Excellent IT skills working on Microsoft packages.
