Fundraising and Engagement Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising and Engagement Strategist to join our team at Eton College. As a key member of our Development department, you will be responsible for devising and managing ambitious fundraising and engagement strategies to support the College's vision.
Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to develop and implement highly effective regular and annual giving strategies, incorporating digital, direct mail, and personal solicitations.
- Manage detailed plans for appeal execution, including coordination with external stakeholders and volunteers.
- Analyse donor data to inform targeted strategies and ensure accurate maintenance of prospect data.
- Support fundraising efforts through administrative practices, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in database entry, analysis, reporting, and project management, with a strong understanding of donor database formats and data protection legislation.
A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum reflects the skills and qualifications required for this role.
