Job Description:

Ledger assistants play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the finance team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with financial audits and provide necessary financial information to auditors.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Resolve financial discrepancies and report any irregularities.
